Unfortunately we do not have vehicles suitable for wheelchair users but we can recommend you (if requested) a very good company that specializes in these tours.

Due to the fast paced nature of the tours, and the fact there may be a lot of walking involved, we do not recommend our tours to persons with limited mobility. Please contact us if you have any quiries.

As you can expect, some landmarks take more time to get to on our tours and some are more time-consuming than others. With this in mind, we have no set time for the exploration of each attraction. Our tour guides are trained to watch how their group progresses at each landmark and they adjust each tour accordingly. You should keep in mind that some tours cover three or four landmarks over a single day, so there are a limited number of hours in which to do a lot of sightseeing. However you can skip some attactions to enjoy the others more.

The prices usually include all entrance tickets, permission for amateur photo and video (with some exceptions as Grand Palace of Peterhof or Hermitage Gold rooms etc), guide services and driver services. We also provide special tour tickets for cruise passengers free of charge.

The prices do NOT include the cost of lunches, the cost of the tickets to ballet or opera or folk-show, tips to the guides or drivers. We also do NOT provide tourist ensurance.

If you are a cruise ship passenger, we'll drop you off at the port terminal of your cruise ship.

If you have Russian visa and stay in one of the hotels of St. Petersburg, you can ask the driver to drop you off either at your hotel or anywhere you want in the central city area.  

If you come to St. Petersburg on a cruise ship, the guide will wait for you inside the port terminal with your driver waiting outside.

If you live in a hotel, just let us know its name and address and the guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Your driver will meet you outside the hotel.

We provide tickets to well known attractions as well as an extensive range of sightseeing tours, evening tours, river cruises at very reasonable prices. You will travel in air-conditioned cars or coaches, escorted by a professional guide.
