You've decided to book a tour? Great! It's easy:
01To make your booking please contact us at info@lentinatravel.com or fill in and submit the Request Form in Request a Tour section.
02 Provide us with all the necessary tour details: arrival and departure dates, ship/hotel name, number of people in your party, preferred tour language and other tour preferences. Then we will work out a customized tour for you and you will know the TOTAL price for the requested services.
03 Guarantee the booking either by signing a credit card authorization form or if you feel uncomfortable sending us your credit card information, send us a deposit using one of the payment options that we offer. Please note, that if besides the regular tour program you require any additional services (like theater and train tickets purchase), a 100% pre-payment is required to process your additional order. Please see payment details here.
After we receive the deposit or the credit card authorization form, we will send you a confirmation letter and the booking process is OVER!
However there are 2 more steps for cruise ship passengers:
04 If you are a cruise ship passenger, we will provide all members of your party with special cruise visas (or tour-tickets) free of charge. However we need some additional information about every member of your party:
- Full name exactly as stated in passport
- Passport number
- DOB indicated as dd/mm/yyyy
- Citizenship
- Passport expiry date

05 When your Tour Tickets are ready, we will email them to you together with the necessary instructions.
